Although my treadclimber did not arrive on time and was delayed for over a week,, we finally received it and Nautilus paid to have it delivered curb side delivery.
When it arrived it was very dirty. I had to wipe and disinfect the entire thing.
I was surprised. It seems to be working the way is should,, the locking devise comes loose once in a while... I am hoping that is lasts a very long time...
I know it was refurbished, but it was still very expensive.
I really could not believe how dirty it was. |

| I just got this in last week and put it together yesterday. I was avoiding it because I thought it would be difficult, coming in 3 seperate boxes. Me, a woman, and my 13 year-old daughter got this together in about an hour. I was surprised. I was also surprised by how it looks. There isn't a scratch or mark on it, no proof at all that this has ever even been used before! I am going to start using it tonight. I will comment back on how well it works and "hopefully" if I start loosing weight and trimming up! This was a definite good deal! Why spend another $1000 for a new one? Amazon is the best! |

| This was the first time I had ever purchased a refurbished piece of exercise equipment, and I have to admit - it was a smart decision! It arrived in practically brand new condition in the box, it was well-packaged, I know that a human being has already tested it, and I saved over $1200! The TC 5000 is a GREAT workout, much better than a treadmill, not as strenuous as a stair-stepper. Only takes up about 2 x 4 ft. of floor space, easy to set up. If I could suggest any improvements, I would make it a little quieter, and I would add padding to the arm rest bars, which I actually did myself with some pipe insulation (black foam tubes) from the hardware store. Other than that, I am VERY satisfied with my purchase, but my advice to anyone considering the Treadclimber would be to BUY REFURBISHED - DON'T PAY FULL PRICE - TOO EXPENSIVE! |

| i was astounded to see the treadclimber at such a reduced price through amazon.com it was refurbished by nautilus so i was not concerned to purchase it...the equipment arrived quicker than i thought,and i'm so glad i finally bought one! |
